Advising on the options
Once we have the “overall picture” from this information, we will advise you of all options available and the relevant costs. This ensures that your expressed wishes will actually happen. We will advise and explain thoroughly any risks you currently face to your estate assets. You will be advised a detailed breakdown of costs and legal outlays for all options.

We also encourage our clients to set up a meeting with their adult children to explain the issues and solutions discussed. You decide what option you prefer, and we will then take formal instructions from you to arrange the process of your asset management and estate planning strategy.
